If the Input supply is within the range of the fault limits then On Timer starts decrementing on display & after Set On Time over, Relay will be ON with RLY indication glowing.
If OV, UV, Spp/Reverse phasing/Unbalance occurs in the supply then mains Relay will be OFF.
Output contact is a 30A/250V Relay output with R phase rout through relay.
